AGILOX World: the digital platform of modern intralogistics

The platform brings several applications into one central environment and is the entry point for AGILOX apps. Instead of looking at each vehicle on its own, you see the whole fleet.

From here you monitor the AMRs and the fleet, and you improve performance with clear data when you need it.

Analytics: improve with data

The AGILOX Analytics app analyses and visualises fleet performance. While the AMRs handle the day, Analytics delivers the data to improve the process.

It shows, among other things:

• vehicle productivity
• order progress
• errors and faults
• trends over time

Failure tracking is especially useful: disruptions show up early.

There are custom dashboards. Up to ten boards, of two kinds:

• Dashboard - a look back to now, for KPIs
• Status Board - the current system state, with traffic lights and trends

Ready-made templates speed the start; then you adjust. Charts combine several indicators, time ranges and data grain. Filters apply to the whole board or to one chart.

Plan: the map in the browser

With AGILOX Plan you edit the map digitally. You open, import, save drafts, export and keep the change in one place.

The browser editor includes:

• drawing (rectangles, ellipses, lines, paths)
• grouping, aligning, mirroring, rotating
• snapping for precise placement
• an AGILOX icon library
• an XML editor for SVG detail

Maps drop in by drag and drop. You get a stable planning base, with fast, central changes.

Docs: the technical base

AGILOX Docs holds requirements and specifications for AGILOX AMRs. It serves the project from the first enquiry to live operation: specs, integration, the frame of the job. Everyone works from the same, current documentation.

Academy: digital training

AGILOX Academy trains people - staff, customers, partners - on AGILOX systems, in modules:

• programmes
• courses
• lessons

Each course ends with a quiz. To finish a programme you need at least 80%. Pass and you get a dated certificate.

When new vehicle types or extra content arrive, people already trained get the new lessons without losing earlier certificates.
