AGILOX software
X-SWARM technology
With X-SWARM you do not need a master computer. The AMRs talk to each other, swap position and status several times a second and share out orders. Automatic supply and disposal, free routing, adaptation to the shop floor.
The same platform on every model: software, mechanics, sensors and actuators born together. The first robot is live in under twelve hours. Each extra one, in under twenty minutes.

Efficiency and flexibility
One platform for the whole range. Control in the browser. Tied into what you already run.
One platform
ONE, OFL, OCF and ODM all run the same X-SWARM. Software, mechanics, sensors and actuators from the same house.
In the browser
No app to install. In a browser you connect to any robot in the fleet and you have control.
Open interfaces
Roller doors, fire systems, traffic lights and conveyors. The fleet talks to what is already in the hall.
A map in a few steps
Pick-up and drop-off stations, doors and lifts are set on the map in a few clicks.
Why X-SWARM changes the plan
From routing software to the HMI and the mechanics, it all comes from the same house. The aim is simple handling, flexibility and low investment and running cost.
Fast and simple
No master computer, no marks on the floor. A 2D laser scanner captures the outline of the space and builds the map. A few steps to fine-tune. Plug & Perform.
Independent
Creating or moving stations on the map is drag and drop. Once the map is done, the AMRs work on their own. Orders arrive over Wi-Fi and the fleet shares them out.
Dynamic
The robot judges the route in real time. Faced with an obstacle, it recalculates and tells the others in the space, so they react before the problem reaches them.
Safe and flexible
No stop signs on the floor. Autonomous routing keeps the flow. If it meets an obstacle, it sees it and steers round.
Communicative
Each AMR knows what job the others are on and where they are. Priority and order assignment come from the fleet itself, for the best system performance.
No deadlocks
If two robots want the same aisle and both will not fit, they sort it out themselves. The flow does not stop. Roller doors and lifts are set on the map in a few clicks.
Operations data
AGILOX Analytics
The AMRs improve the day on the floor. Analytics, in a private cloud and in the browser, shows fleet performance and supports the software - no extra tool.
- A dashboard that fits. Pin widgets, resize them, see what matters.
- Shift model. Your hours and working days, so the numbers match the operation.
- Comparison. Single, combined or summed - the view you need of (intra)logistics.
The same idea sits in AGILOX World: Analytics, Plan, Docs and Academy in one place.

Innok software
COCKPIT, HYBRID NAVIGATION and ReMain
INDUROS runs on the Innok platform, built for the run between halls and in the yard: 2D/3D lidar, RTK GPS, and the passage between indoors and outdoors, including in the rain.
Innok COCKPIT™
In the browser, on a PC, tablet or phone. The manager plans routes from the office; on the floor, the order comes from a tablet. No software to install.
HYBRID NAVIGATION™
On the same run, the robot picks the right sensor: lidar in the hall, RTK GPS in the yard, vision when the laser cannot see. Accuracy from 0.5 to 2 cm.
ReMain™
Remote maintenance, updates and diagnostics. An Innok technician connects to the robot without a site visit. Navpath runs the project in Spain and Portugal.
Charging and trailers
Inductive charging, no staff on the pad. Autonomous coupling and uncoupling of pallets, pallet boxes and trolleys.
Want this on your shop floor - or in the yard? Navpath integrates AGILOX and Innok in Spain and Portugal.
